A success story from within our own ranks
Lukas Hädicke began his career at ARDEX as an intern and has built a remarkable career in just a few years!
The success of ARDEX over the past 75 years is largely due to the people who have shaped the company over the decades. ARDEX takes great pride in its strategic approach to talent development and its focus on promoting key positions from within the organization. Lukas Hädicke is a prime example of this.
Originally from Iserlohn, he pursued his business studies in Hagen, Witten, and St. Gallen, gaining practical experience through several internships in strategy and MA consulting.
In 2016, he began his career at ARDEX in corporate strategy. In the years that followed, he was also able to gain experience abroad at ARDEX Americas in the USA. In 2018, Lukas became a permanent member of the Corporate Strategy department. His tireless commitment and professional excellence helped him to advance quickly. In January 2021, he took over the management of the global 'Corporate Strategy' division, a well-deserved step for his hard work.
But that wasn’t the end of his journey – in 2023, he took the next step and became part of the management team.
“At just 27 years old, Lukas Hädicke has proven that he can drive ARDEX forward and make the company fit for the future - in Germany and worldwide.”
On the management board, Lukas Hädicke will be primarily responsible for the industrial sales division and the topic of modular construction.
He is also head of the new global "New Businesses Ventures" division. This is where ARDEX bundles the development of new business areas and innovative sustainable materials.
“In this important role, I look forward to taking over an operational area with the industrial customer business as well as helping to shape the important topics of the future and sustainable materials for ARDEX Germany and the entire Group.
