Meet the people who bring our vision to life!

Score Tech Mortars Co., Ltd was acquired by ARDEX Group in March 2023. As a minority shareholder and managing director, I also became part of the ARDEX Group. Recently, on July 1, 2024, we merged with ARDEX HK Limited, another subsidiary of the ARDEX Group.
The last 1.5 years in the ARDEX Group have shown me how special the company is. ARDEX is unique in its humane and appreciative management style, which I have rarely encountered in this form in international corporations. The initial uncertainty that I felt when joining the company has long since disappeared.

ARDEX was my second job after graduating in 1996, and since then I have been lucky enough to be able to help shape the constant growth of our company. Having ventured outside the organisation a couple of times I learned to appreciate the strategic vision and uncompromising commitment to our core values at ARDEX.
It fills me with pride to be a driving force – both for the development of our employees and for innovative and sustainable product solutions.
Together we are shaping the future and setting new standards in our industry.

When I started in sales at ARDEX 33 years ago, there was no mention of our own marketing department. The marketing tasks were handled by two colleagues in Sales, and the few advertising materials we had at the time were sent directly from ARDEX. As the company grew and the number of merchandise materials increased, the advertising material warehouse was finally outsourced and digitized - our first ARDEX store for the sales force was created.
Gradually, a marketing department was set up, which grew with many new colleagues. Today, I am proud and grateful to still be part of this team - and hopefully for a long time to come - and to take on exciting, varied and responsible tasks every day.
The experience from my previous jobs before ARDEX gave me a valuable perspective. It helps me see the bigger picture and appreciate what we have here at ARDEX. Our "Powder House," as ARDEX was lovingly called in the past, is an employer I truly value.
I value ARDEX not only as an employer, but also as a genuine family business in which us employees are recognized for our individual needs.
