Sustainability is one of the most important challenges of our time, and as a market leader, ARDEX has a responsibility to take action. So for the first time, ARDEX presents its ambitious climate goals.

ARDEX is planning a climate-neutral future

By 2045, the ARDEX Group's CO2 emissions are to be reduced to net zero worldwide - both in its own production and in the entire supply chain.

The targets for Germany are even more ambitious: business processes here are to be CO2-neutral by 2035. These global targets and the activities in Germany were summarized in a sustainability report for the first time in 2023.

What does sustainability mean for ARDEX?

An overview of some of the steps:

Renewable energies as the driving force: a 3,200 square meter solar panel system was put into operation at the Witten facility in 2023, which will soon be supplemented by a further 1,700 square meter system.
Sustainable products: the ecobuild TECHNOLOGY label is awarded to products that fulfil important sustainability criteria. These include the amount of renewable raw materials, CO2 emissions, pollutant emissions or the yield of the product.
Low-emission products: in Germany, 96 percent of products are already certified as very low-emission.
